How to Apply to Free TESDA Online Course on Housekeeping NC II

Housekeeping is the management of duties and chores in a hotel. It is responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of rooms, public areas, back areas, and surroundings.

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) offers a free online course on Housekeeping NC II under its Tourism industry courses. It is a self-paced course you can take in your own time and place.

This course deals with the skills and knowledge required to provide housekeeping services to guests within the tourism industry. It will give you a glimpse of the duties and responsibilities of the different positions in the Housekeeping department.

Valet Servicing covers the skills and knowledge required to provide valet/butler services in a commercial accommodation establishment.

HOW TO CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

Go to the TOP website at https://e-tesda.gov.ph/.
On its homepage, click the Login button located at the upper right corner of the menu.

Click the New Account
You will be redirected to an online form—fields with an (i) are mandatory.

Fill in the needed information and then click Create Account.
After creating an account, a message will be sent to your registered email address. It contains a link that need to activate your account. Just click the link and your account will be activated.

How to Enroll in TESDA Online Course via Mobile Browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

Make sure that you create an account on the TOP website so you can enroll in a course.
Login to the website using your registered username and password.
After logging in, you will be directed to the TOP dashboard, where you can find the list of available courses. Click the link of the course that you want to enroll in.
Click the link of the module you wish to take and click the Enroll Me button.
After clicking the button, you will be redirected to the lessons inside the module. You may opt to take the tour, so you will be guided inside the system accordingly.
If you accidentally enrolled in a course, click the gear icon at the right corner of the course title and click Unenroll me in this course.

A confirmation box will appear.

HOW TO ENROLL TO TESDA ONLINE COURSES VIA TESDA APP

Install the TESDA App

For Android users, go to Google Play and search for TESDA Online Program. Click Install.
For iOs users, go to the App store and search for TESDA Online Program. Click install.

Create a TESDA online account

Once you installed the TESDA App, the landing page would be asking for your Username and Password. This is applicable to users who already enrolled online.
For first-time users, scroll down the app and follow the instructions on creating a new account.
Please make sure to use an active email.
Fill out the form.
Once you finished, an email will be sent to you to confirm your registration.

Enroll to your desired course

Login to the TESDA App by inputting your username and password.
On your dashboard, you will see the featured sections, you may choose what course to enroll in depending on the industry that you wanted to learn. Click your desired course.
