Qualifications:
- Displaced worker
- Repatriated OFW
- Out of School Youth
- Unemployed Individuals
Requirements:
- 6 pieces Passport Size Picture ( White Background, Formal Attire with Name Tag)
- 6 pieces 1x1 Pictures
- 2 pieces Photocopies of Valid ID
