Free TESDA Online Training Courses for OFWs (A Step-by-Step Guide)

TESDA offers more than 20 online courses for Filipinos who have internet access across the globe, especially for millions of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). Free TESDA Online Training is available for all Filipinos anytime, anywhere in the world.

The TESDA Online Program or TOP is a web-based platform that provides free online courses for Filipino workers' technical education and skills development.

What You Need

Desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone
Internet connection
Valid email address

How to Create an Account

Go to the TOP website at https://e-tesda.gov.ph/.
On its homepage, click the Login button located at the upper right corner of the menu.

Click the New Account
You will be redirected to an online form—fields with an (i) are mandatory.

Fill in the needed information and then click Create Account.
After creating an account, a message will be sent to your registered email address. It contains a link that need to activate your account. Just click the link and your account will be activated.

How to Enroll a Course

Make sure that you create an account on the TOP website so you can enroll in a course.
Login to the website using your registered username and password.
After logging in, you will be directed to the TOP dashboard, where you can find the list of available courses. Click the link of the course that you want to enroll in.
Click the link of the module you wish to take and click the Enroll Me button.
After clicking the button, you will be redirected to the lessons inside the module. You may opt to take the tour, so you will be guided inside the system accordingly.
If you accidentally enrolled in a course, click the gear icon at the right corner of the course title and click Unenroll me in this course.

A confirmation box will appear.
